Five symmetrical curved aerodynamic rotor blades guarantee maximum energy yield at low wind speeds, work quietly and with minimum vibration. A sophisticated electromagnetic aerodynamic rotor brake system is also part of this system concept and ensures safe and reliable operation. The patented rotor is made of stainless steel. On the rotor shaft neodymium permanent magnets are fixed, the unique and multipole winding construction reduces the torque at startup. Sealed SKF ball bearings and coated parts ensure a long life and low maintenance.
