DVBT (Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial) Antennen sind eine wesentliche Komponente für den Empfang von digitalem Fernsehen an Bord von Yachten. Die Installation einer DVBT-Antenne auf einer Yacht sollte an einem Punkt erfolgen, der frei von anderen großen Metallstrukturen ist, um Signalstörungen zu minimieren. Der Empfang kann durch verschiedene Wetterbedingungen beeinflusst werden, z.B. kann schwerer Regen das Signal abschwächen.
