Sammelschienen (Busbars) als Verteiler für die Bordelektrik

Sammelschienen werden in der Bordelektrik typischerweise eingesetzt, um die Leiter zu verschiedenen Verbrauchern zusammenzuführen.

Beim Einsatz an Bord ist eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit und eine gute Leitfähigkeit Voraussetzung für die Zuverlässigkeit der Verbindungen. Unsere Sammelschienen der Firma BlueSea sind aus verzinntem Kupfer und nach höchsten Qualitätsanforderungen gefertigt.

Bei der Wahl der Sammelschiene muss unbedingt auf eine Ausreichende Dimensionierung geachtet werden. Die zulässige Ampere-Zahl darf in keinem Fall überschritten werden!

In unserem Sortiment finden Sie Sammelschienen für Strombelastungen bis 250 Ampere und über 250 Ampere sowie zweipolige Sammelschienen und Sammelstützpunkte.

Tipps für die Installation von Sammelschienen und Sammelstützpunkten

Bei der Installation ist darauf zu achten, dass maximal 4 Kabelschuhe an einem Bolzen angeschlossen werden dürfen. Und das auch nur, wenn die Kontaktflächen sauber aufeinander liegen.
Die Löcher der Kabelschuhe müssen zum Bolzendurchmesser der Sammelschiene passen.
Es dürfen keine Muttern oder Unterlegscheiben aus Edelstahl zwischen die Kontaktflächen montiert werden.
Edelstahl hat nur ca. 10% der Leitfähigkeit von Kupfer, und der erhöhte Widerstand kann zu übermäßiger Hitzeentwicklung bis hin zum Brand führen.
Wenn möglich sollten die Zuleitungen bzw. die Kabel mit der höchsten zu erwartenden Strombelastung mittig und mit möglichst geringem Abstand zueinander montiert werden. Dies minimiert den Stromfluss über die Sammelschiene.
Positive Leiter müssen an Sammelschienen und Stützpunkten grundsätzlich isoliert sein, z.B. durch passende Abdeckungen oder Schutzkappen
