Antennen für UKW-Seefunk

UKW-Antennen Ultra-Kurzwelle (UKW) Funkantennen sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Funkanlage an Bord. Diese Antennen ermöglichen den Empfang und die Übertragung von Funksignalen über das sehr hochfrequente UKW-Band, typischerweise zwischen 156 und 174 MHz, welches für den maritimen Mobilfunkdienst reserviert ist.

Wir führen Antennen und die entsprechenden Halterungen sowie Zubehör der namenhaften Hersteller BANTEN und GLOMEX. Hier finden Sie außerdem Koaxialkabel und Stecker. Die Antennen sind für den Dauereinsatz unter rauen Bedingungen ausgelegt und aus korrosionsbeständigen Materialien wie Edelstahl oder Fiberglas gefertigt. Es gibt verschiedene Bauformen, je nach spezifischen Anforderungen des Bootes und der gewünschten Reichweite.

Montage

Bei der Installation einer UKW-Funkantenne ist es wichtig, dass sie korrekt ausgerichtet und frei von Hindernissen ist, um eine optimale Signalübertragung zu gewährleisten. Generell gilt: Je höher die Antenne über dem Wasserspiegel montiert ist und je länger die Antenne selbst ist, desto größer ist die Reichweite. Standardmäßig werden UKW-Antennen entweder über eine FME-Steckverbindung oder mittels PL-Stecker angeschlossen.

Unterschied zwischen UKW- und reinen AIS-Antennen

Während UKW-Antennen für eine breite Palette von Frequenzen im UKW-Marineband konzipiert sind und hauptsächlich zur Sprachkommunikation verwendet werden, sind AIS-Antennen auf die spezifischen Frequenzen des AIS-Systems (161,975 MHz und 162,025 MHz) abgestimmt und optimiert, um digitale Daten effektiv zu übertragen und zu empfangen.

Es ist möglich, eine UKW-Antenne auch für AIS zu verwenden, allerdings kann dies zu einer suboptimalen Leistung führen, da die Antenne nicht speziell für die AIS-Frequenzen optimiert ist. Umgekehrt ist eine reine AIS-Antenne nicht dafür ausgelegt, als primäre Antenne für allgemeine UKW-Kommunikation zu dienen. In der Praxis werden entweder separate Antennen oder eine einzige UKW-Antenne mittels einen Antennensplitters für Sprechfunk und AIS gemeinsam genutzt.

Für den optimalen Betrieb sowohl des UKW-Funks als auch des AIS ist es daher ratsam, in eine gute UKW-Antenne und eine separate, spezialisierte AIS-Antenne zu investieren, oder eine Dual-Use-Antenne zu wählen, die beides effektiv unterstützt.
