UKW-Antennen mit PL-Steckverbindungen (auch als PL-259 Stecker bekannt) sind eine weit verbreitete Lösung für die Seefunkkommunikation auf Yachten. Der PL-Stecker, der für seine Haltbarkeit und einfache Handhabung geschätzt wird, gilt als Standard für UKW-Funkanlagen im maritimen Bereich.

Eigenschaften des PL-Steckers

Zuverlässigkeit: PL-Stecker sind robust und für die Verbindung von Koaxialkabeln mit dem Funkgerät konzipiert, wobei sie eine solide und dauerhafte Verbindung bieten.

Einfache Installation: Das Schraubgewinde ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Montage, die auch auf See leicht durchgeführt werden kann.

Wasserdichte Optionen: Obwohl nicht alle PL-Stecker wasserdicht sind, gibt es Versionen mit zusätzlichen Dichtungen für den Einsatz in feuchten Umgebungen.

Außerdem gibt es auch noch Antennen mit speziellen Anschlüssen, wie zum Beispiel dem Fast-Fit-System von BANTEN.
