Damit erübrigt sich der Einbau eines Hauptschalters in der Nähe des Batteriekastens. Gerade bei unzugänglich eingebauten Batteriebänken kann so die Länge der Hauptstromleitungen auf ein Minimum reduziert und der Hauptschalter in unmittelbarer Nähe der Batteriebank installiert werden.
